The design you are purchasing does not come with an Exclusivity Guarantee. What this means is that elements may be used from time to time in other designs. We will ensure that every design is unique in it’s own way but since we as a company hold the copyrights to all of our work we have the right to use any element from any desing we have created on any other design we choose.

If you are looking for Exclusive Rights to a design i am sure we can work something out but be forewarned Exclusivity comes with a hefty price.
